Stephanie Dillingham started Three Square Nutrition in 2013 to help people struggling to deal with food allergies, celiac disease, and for those wanting to learn more about healthy eating. As a mother of a young child with food allergies, and as someone with celiac disease herself, Stephanie provides first hand experience dealing with restricted diets.
